Due to the Paperwork Reduction Act and the Employer Reporting Improvement Act enacted 12/23/2024, we are not required to furnish Forms 1095-C to covered individuals and full-time employees unless they ask for it. Form 1095-C is used to inform employees whether they have minimum essential health coverage under the Affordable Care Act. If you had health insurance through one of our group health plans, then you should receive a Form 1095-B from them by 01/31/2025 which provides the same information that Form 1095-C provides.
